How do I create an account?
  • You can create an account by clicking on Login at the top of the page.
  • To the right you’ll find a box titled New Account.
  • Please then provide the requested information and click on Create Account when finished.
How do I edit my account information?
  • Inside your My Account page, click on the My Details tab to view and edit your account details, billing & shipping address, and your age verification.
How do I view old orders?
  • You can view past orders in the overview of your My Account page.
I forgot my password
  • If you have forgotten your Vapor Vapes login password, click on the Forgot link above the password field at the login screen.
  • You will be asked to enter your email address and will soon after receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Ordering

Adding and removing items to your cart
  • Once you’ve found a product you’d like to purchase and have adjusted it to your preferences, simply click on the green Add to Cart button.
  • If you changed your mind about a product and wish to remove it, you can hover over the shopping cart at the far right of the navigation bar and click on the red X.
Coupons

How do I apply my coupon code?

  • You can apply your coupon code at the checkout screen below your order’s total.

When does my coupon expire?

  • All coupon code will state expiration date with promotion.
  • If no date given, coupon is valid for 12 months.

What can my coupon be used on?

  • All coupons are valid on all e-juice and hardware parts.
  • Coupons are not valid on discount or sale items.
How can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • You can leave a note on your order
  • Or you can visit the contact page and request to cancel (please provide order # in message)
How do I make changes to my order?
  • You can request changes by leaving a note inside your order.
How do I order?
  1. Before placing an order, you need to create an account with Vapor Vapes, create an account here.
  2. Now you’re able to start searching for a product you’d like. You can find products by using the search bar or exploring different categories.
  3. After finding a product you like and adjusting the fields to your preferences, you can now add your product to your cart by clicking on the green Add to Cart button.
  4. Once you’ve added to your cart and are ready to checkout, hover over the cart icon and click on the green Checkout button to be taken to the secure checkout screen.
  5. At the secure checkout screen, please fill out the required billing, shipping, and credit card fields.
  6. Finally, when you filled everything out, give a final review of your orders information. And if everything looks good and ready to go, you are now able to Confirm & Place your Order.

We take great pride in keeping your personal information safe and secure. To ensure this we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

  3. Stay up to date with the latest security updates on all website and server software.
  4. Make use of both hardware and software firewalls.
  5. Run frequent periodic security scans (WordFence).

Shipping & Returns

Can I pick-up my order locally?
  • We allow local order pick-ups for customers within our area.
  • Local pick-ups are determined by Zip Code.
  • Local pick-ups are free!
International Shipping
  • International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS.
  • DHL will normally take about 1 week to arrive. It is generally recommended to use DHL on larger orders.
  • If your order is being shipped to Canada, we would recommend using USPS for your order, unless it is a larger order.
  • Be advised that international customers are responsible for local customs or duties incurred.
  • Vapor Vapes is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance at country of destination.

  • Vapor Vapes accepts Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, and Bitcoin.
Return Policy

Return Policy

  • Vapor Vapes offers a 30-day, money back guarantee on all hardware products.
  • Vapor Vapes does not accept returns on any E-Juice.
  • Opened hardware and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for both original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
  • Opened returns must be in original materials and packaging.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • If you refuse an order, it will fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Received a Damaged Product

  • If you received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
  • Please be ready to provide: Order # and photo of the product you received.

Received the Wrong Product

  • If you received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
  • Please be ready to provide: Order # and photos of the product you received.
Shipping Policy
  • U.S. orders are available by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Orders are typically packed within 24-48 hours of ordering
  • Shipping time frames are just estimates and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted.
  • Vapor Vapes ships Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed after 1pm EST/10am PST will be shipped the next business day.

 

Signature Confirmation
  • Signature confirmation is recommended on all orders to ensure safe delivery.
  • By removing signature confirmation from your order, you will be accepting all liability if it gets stolen.
What if my order never arrived?
  • Please be aware that shipping times are estimates.
  • If your order is stated as delivered, but never arrived, please contact your local post office.
  • Vapor Vapes is only able to open a missing-package case with USPS after 5 business days has passed since the last update.
What shipping methods do we offer?
  • We currently offer three different shipping methods: First Class, Priority, and Priority Express. We also ship internationally via DHL and USPS.

You can shop by categories two different ways:

  1. To the right of the search bar you have a drop down box which gives you the option to specify what category you are searching for.
  2. On the left side of the home page you’ll notice a yellow box titled “Categories,” inside that box there are 13 specific categories for to pick from.
